Performance Evaluations

What is it?

The Student Affairs Performance Evaluation System replaces traditional paper or PDF-based performance evaluations with a more efficient online system.

How does it work?

If you are either the employee, the supervisor, or the unit director, you can start an evaluation of either yourself or of the employee. The employee, supervisor, and unit director then collaborate on the evaluation through this system. The evaluation gets signed electronically and is saved permanently.
