If your school/organization HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED AND RESERVED tickets, please be aware of the following:

1. There is a charge to park on the UC Irvine campus. Visit Parking and Directions for more information.

2. Each school/organization must provide chaperones to accompany their students. Each school/organization will be held strictly accountable for the behavior and conduct of their students. Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior by the students may result in the dismissal of the group from the event.

RESERVATIONS ARE NECESSARY FOR ALL STUDENT GROUPS.

NO BACKPACKS, LARGE PURSES, BAGS, CAMERAS OR RECORDING EQUIPMENT ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.

PLEASE ARRIVE BY 8:00 AM FOR PARKING AND SECURITY CLEARANCE.

8:00 AM IN THE BREN EVENTS CENTER.
